The Application

How does the application process work?

Our application process is designed to get to know you – who you are, your goals, and your experiences.

This is done in two stages:

Stage 1: Online Application – This includes completing a 10-minute online assessment, filling out a profile, and telling us more about who you are.

Stage 2: Video Interview – If successful in Stage 1, we’ll request a 30-45 meeting with you over video to get to know you better.

When can I expect to hear back about my application?

Those who complete Stage 1 of the application process will hear back from us within 14 days. Successful applicants will be asked to meet for a 30-45 minute video interview. We will let you know whether you have been accepted within 3 weeks of completing Stage 2.

Who should apply?

We are looking for candidates, diverse in experience and background, who are ready to invest in themselves and be challenged.

While the Future Skills Accelerator is open to everyone, it is geared towards individuals who are looking to launch their career by securing a junior professional role.

When are applications due?
