The Future Skills Accelerator

Rather than imposing a fixed curriculum, our non-traditional 14-week model is designed to enable candidates to create their own experience.

AudaciousYou’s first offering, the Future Skills Accelerator is welcoming applications from people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience looking to launch or advance their career by securing an entry-level professional position.

Candidates supported by the Government of Ontario Career Ready Fund are required to have graduated from an Ontario publicly assisted post-secondary institution within the last 18 months.
AudaciousYou’s first offering, the Future Skills Accelerator, will welcome its first cohort in September 2018. Candidates will learn through working on real-world challenges supported by one-on-one coaching, professional mentors, and peer groups. They will also receive personalized career and learning recommendations based on their strengths and experiences.
Candidates will be introduced to technical skills such as data analysis and digital skills, while honing key human abilities ranging from creative thinking and complex problem-solving to communication and collaboration.
Upon successful completion of the Future Skills Accelerator, our candidates are guaranteed an interview with one of our participating employers, which include Deloitte, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Canada Trust, CIBC and Sun Life Financial. We believe that our challenge-based, lecture-free approach offers candidates concrete experience that will better prepare them for the future.

Candidates will have access to the following as part of the Future Skills Accelerator:

The Future Skills Accelerator is a 14-week, part-time program. It is completed virtually and candidates are expected to participate in weekly video conferencing calls with coaches and peers.
Every candidate who successfully completes the 14-week Future Skills Accelerator is guaranteed at least one interview with at least one of our hiring partners.
Participating employers include Deloitte, RBC, TD, CIBC, and Sun Life. Additional employers are added throughout the year.
AudaciousYou’s financial model is $0 upfront, debt-free, and risk-free for everyone. If candidates successfully complete the Future Skills Accelerator and land their next career opportunity within 6 months, they choose between a range of 1% to 5% of income over 1 to 3 years while they are working. They will make this assessment with us, based on how much value they think they received from the experience. And if they still think they got no value from it, they pay us $0.
